Which is only part of the TKM World Link plan, it also describes how it will drill under the Bering Sea. Creating the world's longest tunnel, with the aim of uniting Asia with North America. The key players are the United States, and Canada since the railway will run across both countries. From the Asia side, we have China and Russia.
