How I lost 40 pounds with this stack!

I was 196 pounds in Nov 2018 - in April 2019 I was 156!

5 months is all it took to get my BMI from 28.12 to 22.81!

So I've gotten a lot of questions both at work and just when I'm hanging out. 

"How did you loose so much weight?"

I tell everyone that I simply made a few changes and stuck with them and over time the results are clear.

By combining my powerful nootropic stack with a big change of not going to McDonald's for breakfast being the only major change. Instead, I would have a banana and (high protein) Greek yogurt.
